Tilda – Something Blue – Ginger Jar Pillow – Mauve/Tea

Ginger Jar Pillows
This lovely pillow with its plump ginger jar filled with appliqué flowers and leaves is the ideal project for some relaxing sewing. The design uses the Something Blue collection and its blenders, plus a Chambray and a solid fabric. There are four pillows available, which work perfectly with the Ginger Jar quilts, each pillow with a different coloured background. The appliqué is created using a freezer paper method. Our special fat eighth bundle has eighteen Summer Pastel fabrics, which can be used for the appliqué flowers and is very useful if you plan to sew all four cushions.

Fabric Notes
All of the fabrics, apart from the background, use less than a 9in (23cm) square, so a fabric pack of
10in (25cm) squares would be ideal for this pillow.
